FNB Zambia appoints Kapumpe Chola as first female and second Zambian CEO
First National Bank (FNB) Zambia Limited has appointed Ms. Kapumpe Chola as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a leadership tenure commencing 1 February 2024. Kapumpe becomes the first female and second Zambian CEO of the Bank.
FNB Zambia, a division of FirstRand Group, is an award-winning entity that has continued to sustain franchise growth, whilst solidifying the Bank’s position as a leading provider of innovative lifestyle, business and corporate banking solutions in the market.
Commenting on her appointment, Kapumpe expressed gratitude on the wide support received, particularly from the customers who continue to support and bank with FNB Zambia.

Kapumpe has over 26 years of banking experience both within and outside the Zambian market and is poised to take FNB Zambia’s performance to greater heights.
